The Future of Work Hot Topics

The Future of Work went from being a theoretical discussion to an all-encompassing critical focus area in the blink of an eye. HR Leaders are having to collaborate with business leadership to rethink and reimagine work at their organizations as they deal with radically different work and employment expectations.

HRMAC's all new Future of Work Hot Topics series will provide a virtual forum for senior HR professionals (and guests) to have a guided discussion and hear how other organizations are addressing the topic at hand. These sessions will be led by thought leaders who will bring insights and a point of view to the (virtual) table in different formats, but will all be focused on generating a forum for conversation as opposed to delivering a presentation.

Upcoming: "The War For Talent"

Presented by Salo
When: Wednesday, September 22 | 12:00PM - 1:00PM CT
Where: Virtual

Is your company feeling the pressures of attracting new talent in a competitive talent market? Is current talent becoming increasing challenging to retain?

The talent market is more competitive than ever and as we all work to move past the challenges of the past year, ensuring that our company has great talent is critical. Companies are finding it harder than ever to attract the talent they need in this extremely tight talent market, while their current employees are demanding more of them while being sought after by their competitors. The “War for Talent” isn’t going anywhere anytime soon!

Come join our upcoming panel discussion to gain ideas on what other organizations are doing to position themselves to bring in the talent they need, while retaining their current workforce. We will be offering this session twice, once in a virtual setting and once in an in-person setting (the content will be the same).
